Once the fabric is approved, we move to the design and measurement phase, where every detail is carefully planned. The fabric is cut to precise specifications before moving to our sewing stations, where each piece is assembled with care and expertise. We use advanced sewing techniques, such as overlocking edges and reinforcing seams, to ensure every product is built to last.
After sewing, we add custom embroidery using our in-house machines, followed by attaching clothing tags that represent our brand’s identity. Every product is then trimmed, checked for quality, and prepared for shipping—all under one roof. By keeping every aspect of production in-house, we can maintain the highest quality standards, reduce waste, and ensure that every item reflects our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices.
